A graduate of Texas Southern University, Johnson holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration, with a focus on finance. His career began with volunteering in diverse home care facilities, sparking a lifelong passion for improving the quality of care in the industry. Throughout his career, Johnson has been instrumental in founding two successful home care agencies in Houston, Texas. His vision is rooted in ensuring that every client receives prompt, personalized care that aligns with their unique needs. Johnson believes that by building a sustainable business, Primetime Home Health Services can inspire positive change—not only within the company but across the home care industry. This includes fostering growth and excellence among staff, clients, referral partners, and industry peers. Today, Primetime Home Health Services proudly supports over 500 PAS attendants and is guided by a dedicated team of 10 office supervisors. Irasema Baron devotionally assists first-line managers in achieving their goals and also ensures that all teams within the office and field units are functioning well. She is proficient in Spanish and English and serves effectively to communicate the needs of non-English speaking clients and caregivers to the company while resolving them. Irasema graciously represents the Spanish and Asian-speaking community of Primetime Home Health Services, Inc. and navigates effective change in the company, leading to active growth in the cultural bandwidth of the Spanish /Asian community in Primetime Home Health Services, Inc. Irasema has received training and certifications for the effective growth of the company and for the benefit of our clients. She has also successfully completed the ANE Competency Training and exam and a 16-hour training for New Administrators and Alternates with the Texas Health and Human Services(HHS). These training and courses enable her to keep the company ahead in the competitive world of the global home healthcare industry.
