Privacy Policy

Effective: September 9, 2026

This policy explains how Primetime Home Health Services, Inc. ("Primetime," "PTHHS," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through pthhs.net and related digital interactions.

Important distinction: This is our website privacy policy. It is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. If information is protected health information (PHI) subject to HIPAA, our applicable Notice of Privacy Practices and other healthcare privacy obligations govern that information. You may contact us for a copy of the applicable notice.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through this website, website forms, email or text interactions initiated through the website, and other digital services that link to this policy. It does not replace the privacy notices, service agreements, payer requirements, employment notices, or HIPAA notices that may apply to care records, workforce records, or other offline activities.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and preferred method of contact.
  • Care-inquiry information, such as ZIP code, general type of assistance requested, relationship to the person needing care, health-plan or payer information, and information you choose to provide so we can respond to an inquiry.
  • Applicant information when you inquire about employment, such as contact details and information submitted through a recruiting process.
  • Communications, including messages, feedback, requests, and records of our correspondence with you.
  • Device and usage information, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, and similar website activity.
  • Cookie and analytics information collected through cookies or similar technologies used to operate, secure, measure, or improve the website.
Please do not send detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless Primetime specifically instructs you to use an approved secure method. For emergencies, call 911.

3. How We Collect Information

We may collect information directly from you when you submit a form, call, email, apply for work, or otherwise communicate with us; automatically when you use our website; and from service providers, referral sources, health plans, family members, representatives, or other parties when permitted by law and appropriate to the purpose of the interaction.

4. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • respond to questions and requests for information;
  • help determine the appropriate next step for a care inquiry, including confirming service area, current payer participation, or information needed for eligibility and authorization;
  • coordinate communications with you or an authorized representative;
  • process employment or caregiver inquiries;
  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, analyze, and improve our website and services;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or unlawful activity;
  • comply with legal, regulatory, licensing, payer, contractual, audit, or recordkeeping obligations; and
  • protect the rights, safety, and property of Primetime, our clients, workforce, website visitors, and others.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for functions such as remembering preferences, understanding site traffic, measuring performance, and protecting the website. Your browser may allow you to block or delete cookies. Some site features may not function as intended if certain cookies are disabled.

If we use third-party analytics, advertising, embedded-media, form, or security providers, those providers may collect information according to their own privacy practices. We will honor legally required browser- or device-based opt-out signals where applicable to our processing.

6. How We May Disclose Information

We may disclose personal information as reasonably necessary to:

  • Service providers that support hosting, website operations, communications, analytics, security, recruiting, scheduling, records, billing, or other business functions, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.
  • Health plans, referral partners, healthcare professionals, representatives, or care-coordination parties when authorized, requested, or otherwise permitted by law and relevant to your inquiry or services.
  • Government, regulatory, law-enforcement, or legal recipients when required or permitted by law, court order, subpoena, licensing obligation, audit, investigation, or to protect health, safety, rights, or property.
  • Business transaction participants if Primetime is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Primetime does not sell personal information for money. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in/consent information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Text Messages and Electronic Communications

If you ask us to communicate by text message, message and data rates may apply and message frequency may vary. Text and ordinary email are not guaranteed to be secure. Do not use text or ordinary email for emergencies. Where applicable, you may opt out of recurring SMS messages by replying STOP; you may request help by replying HELP or contacting us. Consent to receive promotional automated text messages, if offered, is not a condition of receiving care services.

8. Protected Health Information and HIPAA

Some information Primetime creates, receives, maintains, or transmits in connection with healthcare or payer activities may constitute PHI under HIPAA or may be protected by other federal or Texas health-privacy laws. When those laws apply, they control over inconsistent provisions of this website policy. Rights concerning PHI—such as rights to access, request amendment, request restrictions, receive confidential communications, or obtain an accounting of certain disclosures—are described in the applicable Notice of Privacy Practices.

9. Children

Primetime may provide authorized services to children, but this public website is intended for adults, including parents and legal guardians. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through the website without appropriate parental or guardian involvement. If you believe a child provided personal information to us through the website without appropriate authorization, contact us so we can review the matter.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, loss, or disclosure. No website, email system, mobile network, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to provide or administer requested services, to meet legal, regulatory, payer, licensing, audit, employment, and recordkeeping requirements, to resolve disputes, and to enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by type of information and applicable law.

12. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

You may ask us to update or correct contact information, stop certain marketing communications, or answer questions about our privacy practices. Depending on where you live and the law applicable to the particular data, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of certain processing, or an appeal of a privacy-rights decision.

We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request, and legal exceptions may apply. If a request concerns PHI, we will handle it under the applicable healthcare privacy process rather than this website policy.

13. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to health plans, government agencies, social networks, job platforms, maps, or other third-party services. Primetime does not control those services, and this policy does not govern their privacy or security practices. Review their policies before providing information.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. If required by law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
