Medication-reminder and similar descriptions on the website refer to non-medical support within the applicable authorized service scope; they do not authorize visitors to change, start, stop, administer, or manage medication contrary to instructions from a licensed healthcare professional or applicable law.

3. No Client Relationship or Guarantee of Services

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or otherwise contacting Primetime through the website does not by itself create a client-provider relationship, employment relationship, fiduciary relationship, or contractual obligation to provide care.

Service availability depends on factors that may include location, eligibility, payer or Medicaid program requirements, authorization, assessed needs, staffing, scheduling, applicable law, and completion of Primetime's onboarding or admission process. References to health plans or programs do not guarantee current network participation, coverage, payment, eligibility, authorized hours, or a particular start date. Visitors should confirm current information directly with Primetime and, where appropriate, their health plan or program administrator.

4. Information You Submit

You agree that information you intentionally submit through the website will be accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to provide information about another person when you do so. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent information, interfere with another person's privacy, or use the website to transmit unlawful, harmful, or malicious content.

Please do not submit detailed medical records, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form or ordinary email unless Primetime specifically instructs you to use an approved secure method.

Where applicable, reply STOP to opt out of recurring SMS messages and HELP for assistance, or contact Primetime directly. We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the website at any time. We do not guarantee that every page, feature, link, or item of content will always be available, error-free, current, or compatible with every device or browser.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and website content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Primetime disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement to the extent legally permitted. This provision does not apply to claims caused by Primetime's own conduct to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be shifted.
